By installing or using Smart Calculator Pro you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please uninstall the app.

1. Licence

You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the app on devices you own or control, for personal or internal business purposes. You may not sell, rent, sublicense or redistribute the app as your own product.

2. The app is provided "as is"

The app is supplied without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. No guarantee is made that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every result it produces will be correct for your purpose.

Check anything that matters. The app is a convenience tool. Verify any calculation you intend to rely on for a financial, legal, medical, academic, structural or safety-related decision.

3. Not professional advice

Several tools produce figures that resemble professional output but are not:

Loan / EMI assumes a fixed rate and equal instalments. It excludes fees, insurance, early-repayment charges and rate changes, so it is an estimate and not a financial product quotation or financial advice.
Discount and Price results depend entirely on the figures you enter and do not account for local tax rules, rounding conventions or merchant terms.
BMI is a coarse population-level screening figure. It is not a diagnosis and takes no account of body composition, build, age or ethnicity. Consult a qualified clinician before acting on it.
Unit conversion uses standard published factors, but you remain responsible for choosing the correct unit for your context.

4. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, nor for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the app. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

5. Your data

The app stores your calculation history and preferences locally on your device and transmits nothing. See the Privacy Policy for details. You are responsible for your own device backups; uninstalling the app deletes its stored data.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile or modify the app except to the extent that applicable law expressly permits, and not to use it for any unlawful purpose.

7. Changes to the app and these terms

The app may be updated, changed or withdrawn at any time. These terms may be revised, with the date at the top of this page updated accordingly. Continuing to use the app after a revision constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer resides, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Where mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence grants you stronger rights, those rights are unaffected.
